the suite was spacious and well-equipped , with clean , light rooms. A separate lounge area and kitchen were available. Breakfast offered multiple choices and the area was clean. The staff was very attentive.
The pool area had only four sunloungers , three chairs , and two sheltered loungers. This amount was not enough. The service at the pool area was bad . Pushing the service button did not bring anyone to assist.

Excellent Location and Well-Equipped Rooms

I found the location excellent. Shenton MRT station is less than a block away. It is only two stops to Bayfront for Sentosa Island access, one way. It is also two stops to The Gardens on the Bay, the other way. I appreciated the spacious executive room, it featured a separate lounge/kitchenette and washing machine.
The gym equipment could use some maintenance.

The room service menu provided a variety of options.. breakfast offered a good selection, fulfilling most needs with diverse choices. The chefs prepared eggs on demand, and they were excellent in flavour and texture.

The swimming pool has a good size for swimming laps; it is quite refreshing. The gym is well equipped with various machines and free weights; it allowed for complete workouts. There is also the possibility to have deliveries to the hotel.

The room was very spacious and well furnished.
I found the room design quite awkward. Upon entering, I arrived at a dark and uninviting living/cooking area. The bathroom layout REALLY bothered me, placing the shower stall and toilet facing the windows with a view of the office building across the street! Breakfast was also very basic. They NEED to improve on this.

The in-room washing machine and dryer were convenient. Staff were helpful with luggage storage after early check-in. I found several dining options near Lau Pa Sat very close. The plant library added a nice touch to the room amenities.
The pool hours start a bit late at 8 am, inconvenient for early morning swims before work.

The staff were very helpful with storing luggage. They also offered access to washrooms before check-in. This level of service made managing flight timings easier and more comfortable I really appreciated that.
